Sherani Ashford Patterson

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Sherani Ashford Patterson is the Chief Executive Officer for SP Management Group with a proven track record as a high performer. She has more than 20 years of experience working in both corporate and non-profit sectors and in various non-profit leader roles. Sherani has extensive knowledge and skills in project management, budget development and oversight, team building and management, strategic planning, critical thinking, and non-profit programming and management. Her experience has afforded her opportunities to convene and lead planning groups of thought leaders and experts to develop and implement plans that address issues and yield results. Sherani has had the privilege of engaging with celebrities, state and local government leaders, state secretaries, and many leaders and dignitaries.

Sherani possesses strong written and oral communication, negotiation, time management, and organization skills with a keen eye for detail. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Master of Arts Degree in Conflict Resolution, and a certificate in Executive Event Leadership from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has represented SP Management Group on television, providing event planning advice, participated in interviews about event planning on popular social media communication platforms, global podcasts, live radio, and has conducted workshops on entrepreneurship.
